How to reach Croatia
BY CARFor people living in the North of Italy the best way to reach Croatia is travelling by car. It takes just 4 hours from Venice to go to Pula, the southern point of Istria.
REMARK: the route includes a brief stretch of Slovenian motorway for which you need to pay the mandatory motorway pre-paid fee.
Do you live in other areas and you prefer avoiding too many driving hours but you want to carry your own car with you to Croatia in order to move easily once you arrive? You can take a ferryboat to Croatia, they are leaving from several cities in Italy, such as Ancona, Trieste, Venice, Bari, Cesenatico, Civitanova Marche and Pesaro. Hydrofoils leave from some of the mentioned ports, they can be a great solutions for those who are not interested in having their own car with them in Croatia but are willing to reach their destination in a quicker way.

Croatian cuisine is really multifaceted as it is the results of the influence of many different peoples which entered in contact with this land.
