Overview

Villa Laura is a luxurious villa built in 2020 in a beautiful natural setting, immersed in greenery and surrounded by trees. The villa is ideal for a totally relaxing holiday with the whole family. The tranquil setting, modern Italian design, private pool, and numerous entertainment options for adults and children are all the ingredients for a dream vacation.

THE EXTERIOR

The villa enjoys a splendid panoramic view of the sea and the surrounding countryside. The private covered parking can accommodate two cars. Outside, you’ll find a beautiful garden, a swimming pool with loungers and an outdoor shower, patio furniture, a barbecue, and table football. The pool can be heated upon request. Shared with the other villas, there’s a children’s play area and outdoor table tennis, and an indoor billiards room.

THE INTERIOR

Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa, and the house is air conditioned.

The villa can accommodate up to 7 people in 5 bright rooms on two floors and uses part of its energy from renewable sources.

On the ground floor, there’s a large living room with satellite television, a well-stocked wet bar, a bookcase with books in English and German, a sofa, and comfortable armchairs. The living room leads to the dining room and the modern kitchen, equipped with numerous appliances to ensure guests have every comfort they need. The covered terrace by the pool, featuring a large table and chairs, is ideal for al fresco dining. On the ground floor, there’s a half bathroom with a large shower and a small but efficient gym, equipped with top-quality equipment from industry-leading TechnoGym. There are two pieces of equipment: a professional treadmill and a multifunctional machine that can be used for 25 different exercises.

Going up to the first floor, we find three double bedrooms with private bathrooms and terraces. All rooms are equipped with televisions and WiFi. One bedroom has a whirlpool tub in the bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a single bed, while a child’s bed is available upon request. The first-floor terrace, overlooking a breathtaking landscape, features a Jacuzzi tub that can be heated upon request.

Guests have access to two safes, a hairdryer, and a washing machine, in addition to all the amenities found in the various rooms.

Position

Sveti Lovrec Labinski is a small village located in eastern Istria, a short distance from the sea. It’s an ideal starting point for the famous towns of Pula, Labin, Opatija, and other medieval villages. Labin is the historical and administrative center of eastern Istria. The area is a paradise for history and art lovers with its rich cultural and architectural heritage. The steep, winding streets of the old town boast well-preserved historic buildings, numerous art galleries, and host various jazz and classical music festivals during the summer months. The town offers several excellent seafood restaurants, featuring many local products, as well as many cozy cafés, ideal for enjoying the relaxed atmosphere. Labin’s seaside resort is Rabac, once a fishing village and now a popular tourist destination surrounded by idyllic pebble beaches. The eastern Istria area offers a variety of beaches and crystal-clear sea. The pristine coastline reveals tranquil bays with gentle pebbles, cool cliffs lapped by the waves, and aromatic forests. With its numerous coastal and forest trails, this area is ideal for mountain biking, long relaxing walks, horseback riding, and also as a starting point for excursions to discover magical Istria.

Services

Parking for 2-3 cars. Pool towels are provided. A small soccer field, a children’s playground, and a ping-pong table are shared with the neighboring villa. The pool is available from May 15, 2021, to October 23, 2021.

Bed linens are provided and changed once a week. A cot is available upon request.

Bath towels are available and changed once a week.
