The beautiful Villa Chiara is a spacious 4-bedroom-villa located in the eastern part of Istrian peninsula, about 4 km from the sea. The villa, with its private pool and an elegant garden, is located in a quiet area surrounded by unspoiled nature. The private pool, the comfortable beach lounger and an open-air terrace where you can prepare and share your favourite plates are waiting for you to spend and enjoy your holiday here!

The villa offers a perfect comfort for up to 9 guests thanks to its 4 bedroom, each one with its private bathroom. In its ground floor this elegant villa offers a fully equipped kitchen, a welcoming living room and a cozy bedroom with its private bathroom. On the upper floor 3 bedrooms, each one with its private bathroom, are there to host the guests and make them feel like home. The beautiful and sunny balconies offer a breath-taking view on the sea and on the surrounding nature and surely they will be your favourite place to enjoy your breakfast and your morning coffee. Inside, the villa is decorated with a particular attention to all the details: everything you may need to spend a pleasant holiday is there waiting for you. On the terrace next to the swimming pool a table football is available to have some fun all together during your stay. This is not the only opportunity to play and have fun: a five-a-side football pinch, a children playground, a table tennis and a billiard room are free services available and shared with the other two villas.

Position

Sveti Lovrec Labinski is a small village in the eastern side of Istria, very close to the sea. It represents the perfect departure point to visit some well-known towns like Pula, Labin, Opatija and other little medieval villages. Labin is the old town and administrative centre of eastern Istria.
This area is a real paradise for history and for art lovers thanks to its rich cultural and architectural heritage.

Historical well-preserved palaces are hidden in the steep and curvy streets of the old town, numerous art galleries are the chosen location for jazz and classical music festivals during summer. The high-quality fish restaurants in town offer very tasteful local products and the cozy cafés are the perfect place to enjoy the relaxing atmosphere. The seaside area of Labin is Rabac, a former fishers’ village which nowadays has turned into a well-known tourist destination, surrounded by mesmerising pebble beaches. The eastern Istria area offers a wide variety of beaches and a crystal clear sea. The unspoiled coast offers quiet pebble bays, cliff cradled by the sea waves and scented woods. Thanks to its many coast and wood trails, this area is the perfect place for mountain bike, a long relaxing walk and horse riding but it represents also a departure point for discovering tours around our enchanting Istria.
